Email us at care@vaidban.com from the email address you used in the app.
Use the subject line: "App Data Deletion Request".
Mention:
- The name of the app you used.
- Your registered email or user ID.
- Any additional details that can help us locate your data.
- We will delete all associated user data from our systems within 7 working days and notify you upon completion.
📂 Types of Data Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete:
- Name and contact details (email, phone).
- Health records submitted via the app (if applicable).
- Account activity logs.
- Any other personally identifiable data.
📝 Retention Policy
Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for security and improvement purposes.
If we are legally required to retain certain data (e.g., for financial or medical compliance), we will inform you during the deletion process.
