How can I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting your products, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process on our website.
How can I track my order?
You can track the current status of your order through your Vaidban account. Additionally, we send a shipping confirmation email that includes the courier details and tracking ID.
I didn't receive my tracking ID, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your tracking ID, please contact customer support through email or WhatsApp, and we'll assist you.
Can I make any changes in my order?
Any request for changes in order details such as address or contact information will be
communicated to customer support within 12 hours of placing the order.
What is the process for bulk orders?
For bulk orders, please visit the “Bulk Inquiry” page on our website and submit your request.
Returns
Can I return or exchange a product after delivery?
No, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery, except in valid cases.
In which cases can I return my product?
Returns are accepted in case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Please contact customer support within the allowed time frame.
What is the time limit to request a return?
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
What proof is required to raise a claim?
An unboxing video (mandatory) along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is defective or wrong, we will bear the return shipping costs. For other cases, the customer may be responsible.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my product?
Exchanges are generally not accepted, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
How can I request an exchange?
Contact customer support with your order details and explain the reason for the exchange.
What is the time frame for an exchange?
Exchanges must be requested within 2-3 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
Who bears the cost of exchange shipping?
If the exchange is due to an error from our side, we will cover the shipping costs.
What proof do I need for an exchange?
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Without it, the claim cannot be processed further. Please also share clear photos of the invoice, product seal, and packaging for verification.
Refund & Cancellation
Will I get a refund?
No, we do not have a refund policy. Once an order is placed, it is processed and delivered.
What if there is an issue with my order?
In case of damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we offer a replacement, not a refund.
Who bears the reverse pickup or return charges?
All reverse pickup or courier charges are borne by Vaidban.
How will the refund be processed?
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Delivery Issues
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location. Generally sooner than that.

Why is my delivery delayed?
Delays may occur due to logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
You can change your delivery address only before the product is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
